Following on from our conversation last week, I wanted to put something in writing to say thank you to yourself and our fantastic movers.

From the first phone contact we made with World Movers to generally discuss our moving requirements we were so impressed by your friendliness, helpfulness, professionalism and follow-through, Wendy. You were quick to offer helpful information and details we needed to know, your box estimate was spot-on and we felt immediately confident we’d made the right choice in company. I think having that confidence is really important during what can be quite a stressful time, selling and moving houses, so thank you so much for all you did.

Our moving team of three was led by Joe, (including Glenn and LeQuan (sp?)) they did an outstanding job on moving day. Arriving on time, they were friendly, professional, efficient, extremely capable and they made us feel at ease about the whole process, (they actually made the day fun!) we knew our belongings were in good hands. They were so skilled at loading the truck, no small task with the load we had to pack! Our belongings were carefully transported, no breakages or damage, and placed in position in the new house, making unpacking that much easier. Thanks so much, guys, you’re worth your weight in gold!

We’ll have no hesitation recommending World Movers and I trust the praise reports will be noted on each employee’s record. Great job team!

Dear Shelly and team. 

Earlier this year my mother Robynne Jackson and I (Wendy Palmer) engaged the services of World Moving, to relocate my mother from Auckland to Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.  From the start, I received a very welcoming approach from receptionist Wendy, who went out of her way to assist me, even though I didn’t know if my mother would be ready to commit to such a big move.  I just needed advice to find out if it would even be possible within the time frame of approximately 6 weeks. Thank you Wendy for being the voice of the company and my first great impression of the business. Wendy explained the services of Shelly and confirmed she was very experienced in helping people in retirement villages to make a move.  Shelly made a friendly home visit and capably assessed the volume of goods to be shipped, as well as being an invaluable support with paperwork and customs requirements. Tabitha followed up with some of the practical details of the move and kept us informed about the process.  Everything she did was handled with confidence and encouragement. 

The day of the move was a big one, and a most efficient and conscientious team consisting of Joe, Tessa and Nathan arrived and worked unbelievably hard, with such efficiency.  Good humoured Joe managed the team really well, with each member often working in a different section of the unit. Tessa’s practical approach and careful handling of fragile items was appreciated.  Nathan just got on with the job, doing whatever was required of him in an obliging and polite manner.  We couldn’t praise them highly enough, as they achieved so much in the day, packing and labelling each box as they went. This wonderful trio made a big task so much easier and far less stressful than anticipated.

When I previously spoke to Raymond and expressed our enormous appreciation for a job extremely well done, he encouraged me to write down our compliments in an email.  As circumstances have been extremely busy, it has taken some time to follow up on this request but it was certainly not forgotten! So we have expressed our appreciation in writing, and hope this email will be forwarded to each staff member involved in the move.

Thank you once again for excellent service and may your business grow and prosper, as you all deserve it!

I wanted to make sure that I write to tell you how amazing your team was on Thursday. I want to personally thank Tulla and Javan for their hard work and professionalism. I really appreciated this especially when it can be such a difficult time for many people, including me.

A good example is I asked them to leave my bike until last because I really needed to go out for a bike ride at lunch time to get some air and let off some stress. A reward for the end of my box packing which had taken a week of hard work. Javan carried my bike over the boxes for me outside so I could easily get to it which was so nice of him. They worked hard from 8.15am until about 5pm and didn’t even take a lunch break even though I kept suggesting it. Your promise of the best quality staff is absolutely true. I will happily recommend your company to anyone else who needs your services.

I had to organise a big move on my own. The team at World are friendly, diligent and very efficient from the sales team to the packing and moving team. Very responsive and helpful on the administrative side and the movers were an excellent team. I highly recommend them. I chose the full service option which is more expensive but it was everything it was meant to be. The move was done quickly and painlessly by a great team of people.

I’ve filled out the survey but just wanted add a couple of comments regarding your crews and service.  In a word “Superb”

We had been in our house for 35 years and were very worried about how things would go.  We need not have worried. You crews were just wonderful, cheerful and efficient.

Both the loading and delivery crews were great and particularly Grace. She is such a cool lady and so calm and efficient, an absolute joy to have working for us.

Everything was handled with great care and I did not have to lift a finger. Not a single item was damaged and we have been singing you praises ever since.

Until recently I have been the After Sales Manager for the largest Bathroom manufacturer in NZ and well know the need for good customer service.

Hi all,

Mike xxxx rang me to say how happy he was with the move.  He said that everyone he’s dealt with have been wonderful. He said he was very stressed about the whole thing  but from the moment the crew arrived they just got stuck in and began working.  He said that whatever we are paying them it isn’t enough.  Their attitudes and relaxed manner were fantastic and he felt a huge sense of relief that he was in “good hands”.  He will be completing the feedback form once they get their computer connected.

I’ve been meaning to email to thank you for all your help with my move to New Plymouth. Everything arrived pretty much safe and sound. The driver Zac and the 2 local guys did a great job unpacking so thanks to them as well.
