A massive 'Thank You' to Dillon, Patrick and Dave for a beautiful experience moving house.A nine and a half hour process from start to finish I was SO moved by their gentleness, compassion, intense hard work, generosity, receptivity, kindness and willingness to go above and beyond what I'd expected from a removals company. I've moved several times and always dreaded it. Sometimes in the past I've even felt intimidated by the removals staff, but this time I was utterly looked after from start to finish. The price estimate was compatibly to others and I'd say don't always go for the cheapest option because you'll spend elsewhere. I didn't get insurance because it almost doubled the price but not one item was damaged and the care the chaps took over my items was extraordinary - always checking they weren't marking walls or knocking items. I could not recommend World Moving enough and wish these three beautiful human beings could fully understand the impact they made on me through a difficult situation. Always smiling. Always responsive and 100% trustworthy.Thank you also to the admin staff for great communication, an efficient service and highly professional attitude.I hope I don't ever move again but if I do I'll be calling you!THANK YOU!!!!!

We've had a first rate experience and would highly recommend World Moving and Storage. Our personal situation was fairly complicated. We sold, moved from a large property but had not purchased our next home. Our possessions were safely stored while we hunted for the perfect apartment. Needing to dowsize, half our container was moved to our new abode and some items transported to a second home in Christchurch. All parts of this convoluted process were managed without a hitch by the professional and helpful teams in Auckland and Christchurch. Thanks for the great experience.

World Moving & Storage took care of our move from The Netherlands to New Zealand, it was a carefree move because of their help. They came and collected all the items at our old house, packed & wrapped it. Took great care of our belonging. Kept us up to date as the container was moving across the world and delivered it at our doorstep months later. Nothing was broken or damaged, we were very pleased with the service.

We had to move to Australia at a short notice and World Moving and Storage made it possible to pack and load our stuff all in an afternoon.Duane Tabitha Lauren were extremely proactive and took the stress out of moving our goods. They provided all the information in detail and kept us up to date with where our goods were and what was required of us. Their packing team lead by Joe were absolutely fantastic. The skillful packing and labelling helped us find our stuff after it reached us less than a month later. Big thank you to you all!
Amazing service. Super helpful communication in the lead up. Men turned up on time, were respectful and very careful with all our belongings. Had all the gear to protect our belongings too included in the cost. The men were professional, so easy going and great to work with. They worked extremely hard and were incredibly efficient. Thanks to Tala, Ethan and Pat for their patience and diligence moving our stuff almost 200kms. I almost didn't contact World Moving because they advertised with Hosking so I thought they would be very expensive. They were the best quote we had but the service wasn't lesser because of that. The exceptional service started with Wendy. We had several phone discussions working through the logistics of Mum's move. As I'm not located in the same city as Mum this wasn't a simple exercise but Wendy guided me through it.On moving day, we'd packed all Mum's possessions and Paia and PJ turned up on time with a positive attitude and ready for action. As we didn't know what time we'd be able to take possession of Mum's new place, they loaded the truck pronto just in case it was early settlement. It's uncommon to encounter someone as sincere and straightforward as Mr. Marshall at World Moving and Storage. When I requested a quote for an international move, he promptly provided detailed information. Although his company's solutions didn't precisely align with our requirements, we had to opt for a competitor. Nevertheless, if their services had met our needs, I would have selected World Moving and Storage due to Mr. Marshall's transparency, prompt responses, and willingness to assist. I will definitely reconsider his services in the future if the need arises.
