Sales Consultant

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a role where the ability to quickly build strong relationships and positive outcomes is key to success.

In this varied and busy role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Quoting Local, National and International household removals
  • Communicating with customers by phone and email
  • Action client queries  and bookings
  • Provide day to day co-ordination and general administrative tasks to support the sales team, management and departments across the business

Full training will be provided however some removal industry knowledge will be a definite advantage to the successful candidate.

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • This is an office based sales role in a competitive market – you should be keen and hungry to win business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Superior customer service skills, attentive listener and have a professional approach to all communications

Driver / Furniture Mover  

We are looking for a team-player to fill a role as Driver/Removalist who appreciates working for a company that invests in staff development and a positive company culture.

Duties include driving, packing, loading, unloading and unpacking furniture and household goods for domestic and international consignments. Positive interaction with clients is a big part of our expectation, so training will be given around customer service and communication.

Required:

  • Clean Drivers Licence (class 1 or higher)
  • Physically Fit and energetic
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Clean and tidy appearance
  • Team player
  • Honest
  • Reliable
  • Willingness to learn and impress clients

Wage will be based on licence class, experience and ability. If you have the right attitude but are concerned about your level of Removalist experience – please apply – we love people with the right attitude and we will invest in your training.
